Account deletion
How to request deletion of your OperonAI account and associated personal data.
OperonAI is provided by LLC "Aviant Core". If you created an OperonAI account, you can request deletion either from inside the app or, if you cannot access your account, through the contact path below.
1. Delete your account inside the app
- Sign in to web.operonai.app.
- Open Settings -> Profile.
- Open the Delete account section.
- Review the deletion impact, enter the confirmation phrase, and submit the request.
After successful processing, your current session is signed out and the deleted account can no longer be used for sign-in.
2. If you cannot access your account
Email [email protected] with the subject OperonAI account deletion request. Include the email address of the account you want deleted. We may ask for ownership verification before processing the request.
3. What is deleted and what may be retained
- Deleted or revoked immediately: sign-in access, profile identifiers, device tokens, personal-only notes, personal integration connections, and other user-scoped personal surfaces that are not required for shared team continuity.
- Anonymized but preserved: shared operational history such as tasks, comments, assignments, and audit trails that other team members still rely on. In those cases, personal identifiers are replaced with labels such as Deleted User.
- Retained where required or permitted: billing, invoice, and tax records; security, fraud-prevention, and audit logs; and other records we must keep to comply with law or protect the service.
4. Important limitation
If you are the last owner of an active workspace, you must first transfer ownership or add another owner before completing self-service account deletion. This protects access to the workspace for the remaining organization.
