These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the OperonAI website and software services. By using OperonAI, you agree to these terms.
OperonAI is an AI-powered operations management platform for small and medium businesses. The service includes task management, CRM, team coordination, calendar, reminders, and AI-driven operational intelligence features.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all actions performed under your account. Each organization administrator is responsible for managing team member access within their organization.
You retain ownership of all content you submit to OperonAI. We claim no intellectual property rights over your operational data, tasks, contacts, or other content. You grant OperonAI a limited license to process your data solely to provide and improve the service.
AI features (task analysis, auto-assignment, nudge reminders, bottleneck detection) process your organization's data through third-party AI providers configured by your administrator. AI outputs are recommendations, not guarantees. You are responsible for reviewing and acting on AI suggestions.
OperonAI offers Free and paid plans. Paid subscriptions are processed through Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Subscription terms, billing cycles, trial periods, and cancellation policies are presented during checkout. Seat-based pricing is calculated based on active team members in your organization.
OperonAI may modify, suspend, or update features from time to time to improve reliability, security, or functionality. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes in advance.
All rights in the OperonAI service, branding, design, and documentation remain the property of OperonAI or its licensors. This does not affect your rights over your own content.
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind except where required by applicable law. AI-generated recommendations are provided for informational purposes and should not be treated as professional advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OperonAI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
We may suspend or terminate access to the service for violations of these terms, non-payment, or other lawful reasons. You may cancel your account at any time through the product settings or by contacting support.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any formal proceedings.
